This was made with CS5 on Windows, so I have no idea if it’s Mac compatible.
Extract and put in – C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator Settings\YOUR LANG\Brushes – Or wherever you put your custom made brushes… Then choose from ‘Open Brush Library’ menu the ‘User Defined’.
